We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Grill Chef to join our kitchen team.

You’ll take pride in preparing beautifully cooked dishes, delivering consistent quality and keeping your section running smoothly during busy services. You’ll work closely with the wider kitchen team to create an exceptional Italian experience for every guest.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience working on a grill section
Confidence cooking steaks, meats and other grilled dishes to specification
A passion for fresh food and high standards
Strong organisation and attention to detail
The ability to stay calm and focused during busy services
A positive attitude and a genuine team-player mentality
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
