We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and support multiple Gusto Italian restaurants across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-site hospitality operations, with a proven track record of driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

With a deep understanding of the casual premium dining sector, you will play a key role in upholding our brand standards, embedding our culture, and executing our growth strategy. This role demands a hands-on leader who can coach and inspire General Managers, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure each restaurant meets its financial and service targets. A passion for Italian food, people development, and operational excellence is essential.
