Christmas Coordinator
The overall aim of the Christmas Coordinator is to exceed festive sales targets by maximising Christmas booking opportunities, cultivating strong seasonal client relationships, and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role requires a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives during the festive period and can balance reactive and proactive sales activities in line with personal and business KPIs.
Areas of Responsibility:
Christmas Reservation Management
- Manage the Collins reservation system to ensure all Christmas enquiries are handled efficiently and every guest receives an exceptional first impression of Gusto.
- Optimise booking slots and capacity specifically for Christmas dining, parties, and events to maximise seasonal sales and venue utilisation.
Christmas Client & Relationship Management
- Proactively reach out to local businesses, community groups, and regular customers to secure Christmas party bookings and group reservations.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key bookers and third-party agents to drive repeat business and high-spend festive bookings.
- Personally meet and greet key festive bookings to ensure outstanding guest experience and encourage future loyalty.
- Attend relevant seasonal networking and promotional events to raise awareness of Gusto’s Christmas offerings.
