Site Operations Chef (Full Time – 45 Hours)


We’re looking for an experienced and driven Site Operations Chef to lead our back-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional Italian dining experience.


About the Role

As Site Operations Chef, you’ll take ownership of all kitchen operations, leading a team of Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and junior team members. You’ll ensure high standards in food quality, team performance, compliance, and financial efficiency while driving continuous improvement across the kitchen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
  • Manage stock, costs, labour, and kitchen budgets
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Drive operational improvements and support business growth
  • Collaborate with senior management and front-of-house teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role (Head Chef or above)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and compliance
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
