What will you be doing?

As our Chef de Partie, you’ll be an important part of our kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your section, cook fresh dishes you’re proud to serve and help us deliver consistently brilliant food for every guest.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, support and develop the chefs around you and bring energy, organisation and high standards to every service.

We’re looking for someone who:

Takes real pride in their food and presentation
Loves working with fresh ingredients
Can confidently run a section during a busy service
Brings positive energy and works brilliantly as part of a team
Cares about quality, consistency and kitchen standards
Wants to learn, develop and progress their career
